Collect once, report many times
Standardise how each site submits energy, water and waste figures. When the inputs are consistent, the report almost writes itself.
Pick a framework and stick to it
- GRI for a broad stakeholder audience
- SASB when investors are the primary readers
- Align early so you are not re-tagging metrics later
Make it continuous
