How do I book a service?
Open the service, choose a date and time slot, and add it to your cart or press Book Now. We will call to confirm the booking.
Can I reschedule or cancel a booking?
Yes. Go to My Account → Bookings to cancel, or contact us through the Queries page at least 3 hours before your slot to reschedule.
Do your technicians come to my home?
Services marked On-site are done at your home or office. In-store services are done at our service center, and Remote services are done online.
